Development Partners Ltd (DPL) is a focused project management alliance of like-minded, highly competent and experienced professional contractors and associated consultants that tailors project teams to suit our clients’ specific needs.

DPL was formed in 2016 as a response to client demand for a nimble, proactive and flexible organisation able to deliver successful projects.

DPL’s ability to react quickly to client demands and develop efficient and cost-effective solutions has enabled us to manage multiple projects for repeat clients, with our people closely embedded as an essential part of the client team.

Scope

We cover a wide range of industries with our multi-disciplinary partnership approach. Our partners include planners, quantity surveyors, site managers, process and project engineers, environmental engineers, project managers and commissioning engineers.

Our wide-ranging capabilities allow us to manage all aspects of your project as it progresses from an initial concept development through capital raising and budget estimates, feasibility and preliminary design and all the way through consenting, construction management, cost and programme management, commissioning and final hand-over.
